Perfectly normal Scandinavian set-up though don't know about fog lights as I never use them, no need here, but they are checked on the MoT but with dipped beam enabled. Different regulations? Never thought about it to be honest.

You can deactivate the DRL or Scandinavian set-up with Toaf but then you'd have to switch on the lights manually.

Congratulations on the MoT pass and running engine, quickly done too.

ps. Curious so just checked, appears to be the same here in Sweden, you can't use fog lights together with the automatic reduced dipped beam.
