Door handle
Can anyone tell me what was the last mass production car built in the uk that had door handles that you pushed down to open the door?
It must be a mass produced car and not a kit car or a small manufacturer. I need the answer before this evening as beer is at stake This came up in the pub yesterday and something tells me it may be a trick question but I am assured not I am wondering if it was the early British mini or am I way off track? Thanks for any help Ken  |

Fiat Panda - Sold hundreds of thousands of units, so it's definately mass produced..
EDIT: The original one, not the new one BTW.. See the recess behind the lock..? That's where the actual door handle was..

Not a Landrover is it? One of the 90 types? Around 1980?
Actually, does the question specify internal or external handles?
