How and where did you pull the cable?

I ran the cable along the front trim to tha A pillar on the drivers side, then behind the instrument cluster into the centre console.

The wire can be gently pushed down between the winscreen and the trim so it can't be seen.

I did start putting it on the parcel shelf where my previous one was, got the wire threaded and hidden right up until the front of the drivers door.

Trouble is I forgot to measure the wire and it wasn't long enough to reach any further, a good half hour wasted with that one.

Won't it have to be paired with it to mute the audio when taking/making a call? Please excuse my ignorance,i'm no auto leccy.[

You are quite right...I dont have one of these units yet...waiting for RDS. I would hope there is a mute wire (usually yellow) you could connect the cark91 to as in most single DIN units. Maybe someone that has one now could help with that one! I guess Picky747 might be the one!]

Don't have a blue tooth phone myself so don't use this function.Looking in the manual there is no Tel mute wire attached.

Gordon,

The head unit would automatically change to BT (providing the unit is paired with your phone), if you make or receive a call, there should be no need for the yellow wire to be connected.

Default Contact with Cathy??

Hi guys,

I've mailed a couple of times with Cathy at Hualingan in China. On Thursday Jan 14 I sent my last mail, but I just got notified it got bounced. Yes, I did use the right address. Has anybody else tried it in the last week?

This was the message I got.

Cheers,

Markwin
