Just got my customs bill from DHL this morning, £14.42 to pay so that brings the total I've paid to £317.42
Very pleased with that as it could have been a lot worse. Andy |

Hi All,
Can you help me or point me in the right direction, I have one of these great units but am having difficulty with the sat nav volume. Quickly this is my problem: low volume on test, no or low when in use (I can crank up the voice so as to work on it's own but when I run it with the radio say, I can not get the balance right between the volume of the sat nav and the radio/cd/. Any ideas or point me to the section in the thread if this has been coverd. Thanks in advance Martin PS got stung for £62 duty |

When the satnav is running you can adjust the volume using the right hand knob as opposed to the volume control which will adjust the radio volume.

Having read (OK scanned) all 10 million pages of this post - I think one of these would be nice
But the image on the website has grey bits, are they really there or removeable ? they don't seem to be on any of the photos of installations or am I just being dim ! regards Jim |

It may be just an older photo they are using as I believe all units received up to now are all black.

fitted mine a week ago, cannot stop playing with it, well pleased, looks the part, and performs well, running igo8 software that came with the unit, igo 8 boots up really fast, impressed, 20+ fav. albums loaded on to micro sd card, job is a good one sorted. install was so simple once removed tacky kenwood fitted by MGR, also removed kenwood 6disk changer from glovebox, result
all i need now is the customs to stick there nose in my wallet, and send me a bill, and the upgrade is complete, but it will still be well worth the expence, any one considering buying one of these, go for it you will not regret it rob. |
