Default Crankshaft Pulley

I have got hold a new crankshaft pulley off xpart as the one on my CDT is knocking a bit and I also get the Charge Fault displaying intermittantly when the air con is on.

I understood that the damper (the part that perishes) and the pulley are one unit. Looking at the pulley I have, it does not seem to have any damper attached to it.

Is there another part i need to order. Pretty sure I have the right part. The part no is LHG100750 and has BMW stamped on it.

I'm sure it's the correct part and that the damper is OK. The following diagram shows the pulley and it's clear that the damper is 'internal', so at first glance the unit looks like a simple metal pulley.
