You're right you cant beat any song from the Beatles, My favourite band by far.

He's my vid I did a couple of years ago auditioning to play Bass guitar on the Beatles song written by George Harrision 'Something' for a virtual band with other players from all over the world......I passed. I just love Macca's bass playing.

Hiya Ian how you doing sir. Hope your all keeping well and your parents too.
I listen too the 60's every now and again, 80's is brilliant but so is the 60's.
The beetles can't go wrong with them also the Rolling Stones too.

Born in 1950 so I love all (most) 60s music a couple of my favourite and maybe a little less well known bands
"The Pretty things"... https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=w3qJ-KPlt4M
and... "Them" the latter featuring a certain Mr Van Morrison https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=8Wah7MqEHFg

Cheers ian

While on the subject of music anyone can recommend any 60's tracks that you've heard.

Damn it internet went off again Got too constantly highlight copy and past everything.
Hi Davey, that track was later covered by The Pretenders.

For your 60's listening pleasure I'll say The Who, Hendrix and Cream.

Exactly, it was a sad loss when Steve Marriott died, what a musician/performer I was only watching the Ronnie lane documentary the other day regards the Small faces becoming, 'Rod Stewart' & the small faces, ticked Ronnie off something rotten and he left just as the band hit the money songs.
So sad to see him fall into ill health with MS & money troubles.
