There is a readme file in the zip, which some had issues reading and so it was pasted here - https://the75andztclub.co.uk/forum/s...2&postcount=12

Can anyone advise. I got my cable and found a pin diagram but 7 and 8 aren't soldered to anything if I'm looking at the correct ones. So looking at port side i.e. pins facing me with the wider bit to the top. 7 and 8 are the top right ones? Is the solder by pass to bridge the car rather than the lead. I know it's the lead that gets soldered but is it to loop a signal back into the car or is the lead I've got wrong. I used the exact spec listed but now I'm just confused. Help!

You need to solder them yourself (pin 7 and 8)
just a light bit of copper wire, or any other that you have.

I know I do. My question is that they don't connect to the board in the plug if I'm looking at the correct ones. Is this correct?

Not sure what you mean by "board" you are not soldering the pins on the outside ? take the plug apart.
Maybe someone else could explain it better than I.

I have the plug apart and within it the connector plug is soldered to a little board with an led indicator and 2 chips. Pins 2 and 9 bridged and connected to the board and Pins 3 and 10 are bridged and joined to the board. Pin 4 and pin 5 are soldered to the board separately. All other pins don't join to anything although pins 6 and 7 sit just close to the board but aren't soldered.

Can you post up a picture and then we'll be able to see you cable setup?
