PiP Had enough of it
i put in a phonecall saying i am having a lot of trouble breathing and doing a lot of things having COPD is bad, Heard back from them and they wrote we see you are now cured and can now do things. After someone from actos came out and sent them a letter and lied about everything i said, We are now stopping £100 out of your money as you have got better to the report of actos we got.
But things have gone worse and they wont listen feel like just giving up as they wont even listen now things have now come harder to get by now after this. Sorry for posting this but needed to get it of my chest as i dont have any family to ask.Feel like this is one step to far and really cant take much more of this. Paul

I am by no means an expert, but I didn't think COPD was curable?
I hope you get things sorted soon, Rob

As other have said, send an appeal, don’t let some jobsworths opinion stick.

Took me a year in all, Mandatory reconsideration (success rate about 12%) then Appeal (Tribunal) about 80% success rate, all back paid. Stick with it. . .

Spot on. dealt with two for friends in the past year. One totally fabricated medical examination. Both cases overturned on appeal. It's a long haul but stick with it. Far too many people allow themselves to get ground down by it. Get it to appeal stage.
