The main thing is getting the phone call in because there is a deadline of one Month, I believe if they have you on record by phone it counts but don't know for certain.

Citizens advice may be able to help. There are many areas where they are not able to take cases due to the huge numbers involved but worth a call to your local centre to find out.

As above, Citizens Advice should be able to help. They may even make the phone call for you.
The CAB advisors are all volunteers who are there because they want to help people in need. There is a huge demand on their time, so you may need to wait before someone can see you, but it is definitely worth going to see them. Not knowing whereabouts you are in Liverpool, here is a list of the local CAB offices in the area. Anfield CAB: 36-38 Breckfield Road North, Anfield, Liverpool, L5 4NH (client needs to make appt 1st) 0344 848 7700 0151 285 1080 (opening hours – Mon, Tue, Thu, 9.00am – 4pm and Wed & Fri, 10am – 3pm) Belle Vale CAB: Belle Vale District Centre, Belle Vale, Liverpool L25 2RJ 0151 329 0787 (opening hours – Mon – Thur, 9.30am – 2pm. Closed on Friday) Garston CAB: Community House, Garston Village, 2 Speke Road, Liverpool, L19 2PA 0151 427 3980 (opening hours: Mon – Fri, 9.30am – 2pm) Norris Green CAB: 138 Scargreen Avenue, Norris Green, Liverpool L11 3BE 0151 287 1300 (opening hours: Tue: 9.30am-2pm, Wed: 10am-3pm, Thu: 9am-4pm.
