Default Stiff, creaky doors

No doubt a very simple one, this...The doors, particularly the rear ones, on my venerable Tourer are rather stiff to open now and make a creaking noise when doing so. Where exactly do I lubricate, with what, to remedy this situation, please?

I understand the logic but would appreciate a quick guide on what needs to be done to sort the creaking out if that would be possible.

There are only three things at work, two are the hinges and the third is the restraint "strap", all require lubrication from time to time!

Most of the time it will be the strap as it passes through two rollers in the door, metal on metal so bound to creek after a time unless greased well, the hinges can also be greased by removing the circlip lifting the door a fraction, get someone to help is best while they hold door up that fraction add some grease.

Oil is no good as it will dry out over time, white lithium grease

I think the strap is the culprit. I don't have any lithium grease at the moment - I'll pick up some up at the weekend. In the meantime I tried using 3-in-1 oil, and while the noise is reduced, there is still a kind of scraping noise at one point as the door is opened. It opens freely and quietly until it's at an angle of maybe 25-30 degrees and then stiffens up and makes a kind of scraping noise. It then moves rather jerkily (which is a problem, as I need to open it in an area where it will hit a wall if I open it too wide).
