Anyone have Traction on a post 2004 diesel ?
As title does anyone have a post 2004 diesel with traction control please ?
I ask as I am trying to retrofit TC on my 2005 diesel Conny and following a recent T4 session it appears that my ECU is not TC compliant, whereas the earlier cars had an ECU which was. According to a 2004 sales brochure I have, TC was not a standard fit on any of the top models such as the Conny SE or Contemporary SE but it was an option for around £400 so there may be cars out there with TC, although not likely to be many of them. The ECU I need is apparently NNN100692

Thanks Andy, at least it proves there are some, what i really need though and its a long shot is to find out what ECU is in a post 2004 vehicle as i dont want to buy an ECU just in case it doesn't sort out the TC although every other avenue has been explored and cant think of much else it could be.
I will drop him a pm though thanks

NNN100692 is an early manual DDE4, and your ZCS coding will need to be altered to fit this.
However Sid (godfer) had a car fitted with an NNN500340 which also had traction control. It's the ABS modulator which determines the retrofit, but if you want an NNN100692 I have a brand new one in stock, which is more than X-Part can offer at the moment Brian |

Im sure it was an 03 diesel tourer that i removed the small trim panel from, you know the panel that holds the heated seat etc buttons and this had a TC button.
Im positive it was a diesel because i didnt bother looking under the bonnet for anything as diesels dont interest me. Im going back this weekend to remove another bit or two from the interior. . .
