Help request for part number please
Evening all.
I am looking for both the front chassis rail plates that the front crash bar / bonnet slam panel bolt to. Rimmer Bros show the left hand ABU500030. Is anyone able to confirm the RH is ABU500020 for me please? Both are number 4 on the diagram. https://rimmerbros.com/Item--i-GRID001752 Hoping I can get hold of new ones. Damenenkroes in the Netherlands appear to be showing the RH in stock if it is the correct part. Thanks in advance. Ben. Last edited by Typhoon190; 10th January 2021 at 17:40.. |

Something you may not know. In most cases, MG Rover used odd/even numbers for R/H - L/H. Look at second last digit. If Even, it's R/H. If odd, it's L/H

Evening all.
Has anyone purchased from Damen & Kroes in the Netherlands recently please? I was hoping to purchase this part from them but have had no response to my email as yet. Thanks in advance. Ben. |

Hi, if you sent me your email I can ring them for you and ask it. Should be more easy in Dutch.

Yes, couple or three weeks back. Astrid responded almost by return to my stock enquiry for a very small/low value item, they received PayPal payment and shipped in 48 hours - it then took x5 as long to get it delivered (tiny Jiffy bag) but I'm not complaining....

Thank you to Emiel for obtaining the information I needed to obtain the part. It turned out not to be due to a language barrier created by an ignorant Englishman, but in me being equally thoughtless and not checking my emails properly.
