Default Fuel filler flap spring - sorted

Looking for...

Spring for the fuel filler flap. Mine doesn't stay closed when the car is unlocked (it is fine when locked). I believe there should be a spring in there somewhere, and I want to fit that to my flap.

I can try swapping a spring from any saloon flap into mine, or I could go for a complete flap (with spring!). My colour is Royal Blue JFM.

Cheers,
Richard.

I may have picked up the spring you need from a scrap yard, not sure what colour blue but it is blue.

pm me if you still need this, it is from a saloon

Thanks Ian.

Can anyone help with the seat belt clip or the parking sensor?

Hopefully this is the spring you need and a couple of pictures of how it attaches

Finally got some free time with daylight! The clip has been fitted successfully. Many thanks to Ian.

I can now remove my bodge of a strategically placed magnet!
