Default MOT x2

Both the ZT and Capri had their MOT's today, both passed with no advisories, woohoo!

Still £110 lighter though, going to be the same time every year now, damn.

Look how small the Capri is compared to a new car.

well done on the results Wes, the capri does look tiny these days, I remember them as a big imposing car next to the Mini, Austin 1100 etc.

Thanks fellas, was certainly a huge relief to have them both pass.

The Capri initially failed on O/S, N/S headlamp aim too high, the adjustment bolts had partly seized, something I overlooked. Thankfully I had a nearly new set of headlamps that I had purchased for a rainy day, the MOT tester was well impressed with the spare parts stash I had on hand. lol

The ZT seems to be a blessing, that's seven straight passes, I must be doing something right. The old girl has only done 376 miles between MOT's, I blame the lack of car shows, but still having to pay £315 VED for the priviliage though.

I had to wait 6 weeks to get them both booked in for yesterday, the garages are fully booked months in advance, many people cant even get an MOT at the moment.
