No FM radio

Hi all
After all the recent problems with my Factory fit Hi Line unit, I have it up and running the sat nav, CD all works, but No FM radio AM/LW work, FM attempts to tune but cannot locate any stations if I add them manually still no joy.
any ideas.

check the connections to the aerial and power supply to the aerial amp in the C pillar...
also recheck connections in the boot to the various units..
