Default High Line Sat Nav

I have the Highline satnav in my 260, I can never rembember which one it is so I've included a picture. My question is how does it know about a roundabout that was built only last year? I know they are not real time and its never been updated, I'm confused

Yes I understand it's on a CD rather than the live one like my 2007 BMW had but this knew about a roundabout that wasn't there when the CD was produced

It has to be older than 2010, that's when I bought the car. I'm totally confused as to how it knew it was there

Perhaps it was a roundabout, then something else, now a roundabout again?

I'm so old I can remember buildings they are now demolishing being built....
