Looks too bright for Wedgewood. Celestial?

Too late for Wedgewood, looks like Ski Blue. It's odd that the seller has advertised the car for £495 with an MOT until January 31st but says he'll put a full 12 months on it if the buyer pays £995. It seems to me that either the MOT testing place is charging way over the odds, or something expensive needs sorting before it will pass another one.
