My little introduction.
Hi, I’m John and this is my little introduction.
I’m an ex motoring journalist now a carer for my disabled wife. I used to write for publications like Fast Ford, Car and Car conversions, Auto Classics, Witch Kit, Blueprint Books and Haynes Publishing. My best friend has had a ZS180 track car from new and I have always loved it. So just before the lock down, imagen my surprise when I found tatty MG ZS 180 in a scrap yard so I had to rescue it. It’s a 2004 MG ZS180 2.5 quad cam with 69000 on the clock. Still has MOT to the end of June. It needs a respray as the clear coat is peeling away in places and there’s a little rust underneath, there’s a wiring fault on the dash, which was an easy fix and the driver’s side cv joint makes a noise. This is a car that I’ve wanted ever since I went to the press launch. |
