We took the Capri for a drive to sunny Sandbanks yesterday evening for chips on the beach, the usual photo in front of the Jazz Cafe.

Omg stunning. I had one of these in 1986 too, it was silver with blue/grey checked deck chair seats. I used to love the long bonnet with the hump in the middle and all the dials on the dash. Mine had double headlights with mini round spots and square fogs. The face looked awesome. Happy days

The huge long heavy bonnet with the power bulge is what get's me too, car's just don't have these lines anymore.

Come to think of it, you're lucky to get even a bonnet these days; headlights and a grille and that's it.

Totally agree the capri was a standout design. I was in my early twenties when I had mine, quite a few of my work mates were envious. Enjoy it

Thanks Parker, we sure will.

This blissful hot weather is glorious to hit the highway on a summers evening, put on the old 80's tunes and get transported back in time.

That's an absolute beauty. I'm jealous.

I used to have a grey 2.0s but that Wes is lovely

I'd give my right testicle to own that....

Not sure I'm ready for round two though.
