If you want to know how many infections in your local area here's a useful link

http://https://www.arcgis.com/apps/webappviewer/index.html?id=47574f7a6e454dc6a42c5f6912ed7076&fbc lid=IwAR3bM5xlbAOPp73dxTqLT8nmY2ETuMYpTXfnoZPgRa2r AzNx39D4tc4nCUI

Might be useful guide in assessing how at much risk you may be.

Also remember that the map only shows 3 or more cases per week, so if the wider district around you has had 2 cases per council ward (I think that is what the map is based on) then it shows as all clear.

The main gov data portal shows cases per local authority and is update daily, but sometimes cases are added from a few days ago.

And of course there are many more cases around than being recorded - but what is really important is the hospital admissions, which currently are still declining and not following the upward case trend of the past 3-4 weeks. Which is good. Virus becoming less virulent perhaps?

When you look at those figures in the context of the Track and Trace fiasco it is difficult to get a firm grip on just about anything.

Fewer than half of the ‘close contacts’ of patients who test positive are being alerted and told to self-isolate. This is from Serco, the company that have a contract with gov.uk for £108 million pounds, to do that precise task. The same Serco that underwent close examination some time ago over yet another failure to do what was required under contract. Is anybody in charge? More importantly, who knows whom?
