Green Cross Code

The actor who played the Green Cross Code man, David Prowse, has died. He also played the baddie in a popular sci-fi concept from the 70s called Star Wars, but it was his work in the road safety ads of which he was proudest and for which he was awarded an MBE.

Met him at a star wars convention where my darth vader mad son who was about 10 at the time got a signed photo. He was very pleasant to talk with.
