Henry, I have been in touch and sent you a second kit out. I have been waiting on you to confirm that it arrived. I guess that you are now telling me that the 2nd kit didn't get there either
The problem seems to be with the Dutch postal service as I haven't had this problem before. I'll have to issue you a refund at the end of the week, as I can't keep sending kits.
