Is that just the dash or does it come with gear surround, hazard switch surround, etc?

Yes, you sold it to me and you had the money in your account for the item on July 25th. You subsequently sent a PM telling me that you had damaged the dash when you removed it and would refund the £30 to me. When did you give the seller your Paypal address ?

Was it August 16th or is that including the time expired (July 25th to August 16th)

I have today pm'd chris and sent his money to his account. I have been out of the country with work with limited internet . I don't appreciate the fact this has been put up for all to see this what private messages are for. I have A very good selling rate on here and other places .
The fact you have you decided to go inform the whole forum is not very gentlemanly to say I p****d is an understatement.

Sorry, but from what both of you have said, I'm afraid you have no right to be p****d off and feel aggrieved that this was shared. You should have immediately when you sent the PM to the purchaser that you couldn't conclude the sale reimbursed him by paypal and not subsequently use the excuse that you were out of the country. Unacceptable I'm afraid and you have given the impression that the only reason you paid up was that you were publicly named and shamed.
If that is not the case then I am afraid you have not given any other impression, perception is king as they say.
I am pleased that the money has now been refunded.
