Had a ridiculously busy weekend, hence not a single post from me on here.
Trying to sort my sister's hosue move, and everything that goes with it, has just reinforced my vow that the only way I'll move out of my house is in a wooden box
Feels a bit fresh out there, but forecast is for another glorious sunny day - yesterday was brilliant - 17° according to the Rover's dashboard.
Must dash - my first mile walk of the day awaits me
Good morning Rod that walk will do you more good this time of the morning with all that nice fresh air

Morning Derek, heel is a lot better, but still a bit sore walking,I still get pain from the bottom of leg near my ankle, the swelling is going down, but it still swell a bit after I have been on my feet too long.

I have an appointment with my GP Thursday morning so I shall see what he says.

In the aftercare leaflet it says you could still get pain and swelling up to 18 months after plaster cast is removed.

Just phoned work to let them know that I won't be in today!

Been up all night with nose running like a tap and feel really rough today, so they'll have to manage without me today!

Yes, can't say that I was in the mood to appreciate it though, as I'd rather have been asleep!
