Sorry, guys, I've been off line for a couple of days. Sorted now.

Tim, that sounds like the section as explained to me, but it looks like I should be able to see that from the side of the car and I can't. I'll have to get some overalls on tomorrow and see how far I can look.

If it is the right section, the problem is that one of the rubber supports has broken. Do you happen to know whether they are available separately (and if so, from where) or whether they are an integral part of the crossmember to which they attached? This doesn't seem to be shown on the drawing I received by email, so was it some kind of aftermarket amendment?

They are attached in the same way as the rear ones Tony. Give Trident at Ottershaw a ring or your local exhaust specialist and get them to jack the car up. The reason that it may have broken is because the exhaust is the first contact with the ground, being the lowest point of the car.
