Diesel Tickover
On me home from work when coming off the motorway the engine cut out.
It started no problem but had problems ticking over. It would start and rev up no problem but take the foot off the accelerator and the engine would cut out. As long as I kept the engine revs to 1000rpm or above the engine ran ok. Being an automatic when coming to an island and stopping the revs naturally drop below 1000rpm and it would cut out. Has anyone an idea when my problem is?
