All of us on the Isle of Wight are friends! However, I have never met the owner of this car, but have seen it parked up and it looks good. I am just offering travel assistance in the spirit that most in this club will appreciate, as it would be nice to see a car as nice as this join the club.
As for your comment about me looking for a tourer, what do you mean? How many times have we heard this?? I am always on the lookout for my 'keeper' tourer as I need a place for my best friend. I have a nice one owner tourer but it is high mileage, so I look for a well preserved car that will last me for years to come. If this car was a tourer it certainly would tick all of my boxes, I made the comment to show that this car warrants a closer look. As for the seats comment, the leather are i.m.h.o no more comfortale, I have owned 75s with both. Here on the lovely Isle of Wight we have time to wind the windows! Love and Kisses Roy |
