Default Brake lights not working.

MG ZT + 180 MK1

Hi guys.
I am having problems with my lights....
N/S dipped beam not working. (Xenon)
Dash binnacle lights pulse once when lights switched on then do nothing ...
No brake lights whatsoever.
Bulb failure light illuminated.

Number plate lights not working either but those buggers are always packing in.

Does anyone have experience of this issue.
I mean it’s unlikely that all bulbs have blown at the same time, although possible I guess.

I have cleaned all plenums out, they were blocked but ECU perfectly dry.

Thanks for any help.
