Wow, after beating Scotland Italy have now beaten Wales. Wales finished at the bottom of the table for the first time in 21 years.

How times have changed eh! They were the whipping boys for years.



Just made a wholemeal corned beef pie for the next few days meals

Smoked haddock, herby wedgies & mushy peas for tea tonight.

Perfected pandesal but I've only tried to make bread itself once. What I produced was something akin to a curling stone! Never mind a bread knife, just about needed a saw to slice it
