Sounds like a case for identifying another car with the same (or nearly the same) shape brake pedal. It does not need to be a perfect match as long as the rubber fits.

I had not realised these were from X-Part - I almost thought they were forgeries the quality is so poor!

Unfortunately, we've looked into alternative cars already - we trawled through a 200-page catalogue of rubbers and covers and found nothing similar.
The Land Rover Freelander was our first hope, but sadly also very different.

I'll probably see the chap at XPart we deal with soon, I'll have a chat.
