No blue one on manor road tomorrow. She's not well and had to be towed from work to a garage

Default Chesterfield sightings...

Saw a VERY highly polished Silver V8 sat outside Northern Tea Merchants/Chatsworth Road on Wednesday, stunning!

Also -Pulling into the Debanhams/Pizza hut car park car park in town yesterday saw no less than 3 75's, and my ZT-T...still haven't seen any others in Boza yet though.....

Ive seen a mk2 silver V8 passing Walton hospital and a mint red mk ZT-T parked on Hasland road.
No, I haven't seen any in Boza yet and I'm up there twice a day.
The Old English White 75 that has been parked on the main road through Brimington for the last year looks like its next stop will be the scrappers

Is that the one that is always parked facing down the hill? It does look like it could use some tlc or even just a wash but that could be the colour

Its been there for ages, Richard, it looks like a Club
And being in the taxi game myself, I noticed a gold mk2 on Central cabs, and wondered how long that will last. Surprise, surprise its been abandoned in the Three Horseshoes car park

As I was coming down Common Lane,Shirebrook today at 4.10 I noticed a black mk1 ZT turning right towards Langwith, as I turned left at the junction, where the pub is, and drove past the farmhouse on the left, at the next junction where you turn left for Bolsover, there was a Citroën C1 on its roof, in the middle of the road, with the male occupant, casually brushing himself down!! Amazing lol
That junction has always been dangerous, as I saw today. No doubt the Derbyshire Times will have the full story in 3 months time

Had a few fatals there, back in the day (as they say).....and nearly got wiped up there on my own bike a while ago when some old fool didn't bother to slow down, he came more or less straight out and continued towards Bolsover.

I went round him as there was nothing coming the other way fortunately....gave him a 'special' hand sign as I went past. I got home 5 mins later, parked on the drive....as I was taking something out of the tailpack I glanced up at a car going past our drive. Yep, same old fool, visiting his daughter opposite! I don't think he twigged it was me.....

So you know where I mean, Pete. I cant believe that the junction has nt been changed. I use it twice a day in a 7 seater cab and im always aware of the dip and the narrow layout,, and amazingly buses use it too
