I’ve done this for years on all my cars, even the caravan plus I keep a word document like a diary which I keep up to date regularly. On top of that I have a spreadsheet with all expenditure listed.

When I sold our diesel Conny all this went with the car, just ask Blackrose the current owner if he’s finished reading it all yet.

With currently six cars and the caravan you can imagine what the “office” looks like.
PS I had a separate folder on the door corrosion and MOT issues with the XF, it’s full up yet there’s not a single such issue on any of the other vehicles.
