Good morning Tony, I suspect you could be dehydrated and not drunk enough fluids yesterday. Living in the tropics, dehydration can be a problem. I have been in hospital twice with it. If I get a headache on waking, I get up and walk around, take 2 headache pills and drink plenty of water. It usually clears.

I hope you feel better soon.

Good morning Derek and Lilian. 6 months ago to this very day I had the bypass. I am doing really well and am much better than I was before the surgery. I count my blessings. Jessica is reading a book and I have just taken her a cup of tea.

The world is so troubled at the moment and I am thinking what it will do to the world if Britain leaves the EU. Living outside of the EU in Kenya, life for many is even more challenging. We have elections later on this year in Kenya and already this week, the authorities have banned public protests. Last week, the police shot dead 8 suspected criminals in one raid and the week before they executed 3 suspects at a Shell petrol station in the centre of Nairobi. They are certainly getting tough on criminals and terrorists. We are keeping out of the city as much as possible until the elections are over.
