Default Exhaust blowage

Driving around t'other day, I heard a noise and then I heard a lot of blowing. I finally got under the car and had a look for the massive gaping hole I was expecting to see. 'Tweren't there! Odd.
Lifted the bonnet and had a nice rev to hear the blowing and farting coming from the header pipes. Looked close, and no holes. But flubbery blow pop continues. So, i traced the noise to the downpipe, header, exhaust gasket. Not sure (as you can tell) what the item is, but the bit where the 4 pipes go into the engine block. It's that gasket.

Can someone who isn't a complete imbecile like what I is tell me what this gasket is called? The header / exhaust / downpipe gasket. I have no chance of being able to change it myself, because I am mechanically useless, but at least I can get the part for the mechanic to fit for me, if I know what it is.

Thanks.
