SHILDON NRM Museum Meet

I have been in contact with Shildon NRM, and they have agreed to let us hold an event at the Museum on either Sunday 21 June , The cost of entry is free, and they can accommodate up to 40+ members. The museum is located at:

So I think that we will go for Sunday 21 June.

The format for the day will be to arrive at Shildon at around 1000 hrs and we will need to depart at around 1600 hrs. Suggest that you meet up at Bowburn Services from the North, or any location you feel is convenient, or come direct to Shildon

If any vehicles need to leave early then they will need to be escorted to the gate by a member wearing a high vis jacket, as there will also be the general public moving around the museum area

We will be parked on the main apron outside the museum, and the museum has a café on site, as well as the usual railway memorabilia, and lots of trains of all sorts in the main museum
