I bought my Tourer brand new on 4th August 2004, but passed it on to my son-in-law a couple of years ago.
He only lives half a mile away so still see it and ride in it regularly.

I bought my tourer brand new in 2002 followed by an ex dealer demo saloon 2 years later. The tourer is still with me but the saloon died after 145000 miles with a broken crankshaft. Still smile driving the tourer as much as I did on its first day

I've driven my car from new, but for the first couple of years it was a company car, and when I left the firm I bought it.

Best company car I ever had.

Smile Great Tourer

Had my Tourer from new in 2002 and have never regretted it. 120K at present and just returned from a 170 mile round trip to New Forest. Drove SO smoothly I almost kicked myself. Doing some final underbody prep for winter . Just cannot complain about this car - or the other two I have which are 75 Diesel saloons. If I had the room I'd buy another - did toy with the idea but the boss soon put me back in the box ( as she often does!)

I am the third owner on the v5, but all three owners have the same surname,
The car being bought new by my brother, then owned by my father for a few years, and onto myself since 2012.
I therefore know the full history of the vehicle.

I wanted a new one one in 2004 as a company car to later purchase, but Rovers had been pulled off the list. So bought my 2004 1.8k at 18 months old on 2005 with 15k miles.

Bought my 53 plate CDTi for 6k at 18 months old with about 40k on it .

So it had a busy early life and rather a lot of depreciation ..

I keep an eye on it all the time so although its had a few of the standard problems its never not started and never let me down.

A few miles off of 150k now .

best car I've ever had .

I bought my Tourer (2.5 Conn SE) in 2002 and still have it with 144,000 miles recorded and my Zt190+ bought new in 2003 (mileage 77,000). Both factory orders to my spec.

The tourer regularly does a 1100 mile round trip to S W France and back.
