Off to Lowestoft later to help a friend lift off his old outboard engine from his boat and put new one on,then if its nice, a trip out to sea to test it

Morning inmates - bitterly cold and flakes of snow again this morning. I'm off on one of my busy days again - school run shortly, followed immediately be a trip through to Great Ayton to do the month end stocktake at the Club; back home, lunch - and then the usual Friday shopping.
I'm certainly never going to die of underwork
