Default Rover 75 Connoisseur SE CDT Auto Tourer - Drive away bargain

It is with great sadness that I have to let my white gold tourer go. I have a company car arriving in a few weeks, so the trusty steed needs to find a new home.

Spec:
Connoisseur SE tourer in white gold
2.0 Diesel Automatic
Fuel burning heater (not sure if it's working though)
Full leather interior in beige (good condition)
Cruise control
Auto wipers
Auto dipping mirror
Symphony stereo (or I can leave the chinese double din from radioguy in there for a price)
15" comet alloys, or 16" unions - take your pick. The 15"s have better tyres though.
211000 miles

Good bits:
Leather interior is in good condition.
Genuine rover car mats in good condition.
Auto box is smooth.
Engine runs well. Doesn't use oil.
Bmw fit and forget breather filter installed.
I've done an oil and filter service every 10k miles since I bought it with 180k on the clock.
Crank pulley replaced 12 months ago.
Rear exhaust section replaced 6 months ago.
Valid MoT until end of July.
Viton intercooler o-rings fitted.
Inline thermostat fitted last year.

Bad bits:
A couple of tyres are getting close to the limit.
The bodywork has quite a few scuffs and scrapes on the corners.
The front is knocking over bumps. ARB drop links? Strut top mounts?
There is a slight vibration at 75mph - I've not tracked down the source yet.
The wheels do have a few kerb marks.
Passenger door is a bit stiff to open. I replaced the lock a little while ago, so I think the catch just needs adjusting.
Door mirrors are mismatched. I have a scull cap type that I can supply with the car, you just need to find some screws.
Air con doesn't work.
Parking sensors don't work.
Some rust is showing on the off side rear sill.

I'm looking for £250 to drive it away. If it's not sold by mid July, I'll start breaking it. If you have your eye on any parts, let me know and you'll be first in line for them.

Pics to follow shortly...
