Thanks for the suggestion but the master cylinder is new and was replaced to overcome my problem (unsuccessfully!)

Rather a lot of work for nothing really.--

If you need to top up the system it means there is a leak and parts need replacing.

Mine still has the original fluid in for the last 17 years and still works OK.

Replaced parts, if necessary, means, maybe another 17 years plus. By that time I'll be 99 and pushing up daisies or eating the roots as the French say.---

Unfortunately, it's still not in operation.
The problem is connecting it to the pedal without drilling any holes.

As time goes on, I suspect I will succumb to that.

Where did you get the reservoir from please Tc?

The GhettoTech easy read clutch fluid level indicator might be the answer

Only used as a temporary measure to get me through the winter until it was warm enough to replace the clutch and slave cylinder.

You could have fitted the cover under the steering column

All you need is a turkey baster. Remove cover under steering wheel. Remove the top of the cover on the nacelle. You can then see and get to the clutch master cylinder easy. Fill turkey baster with fluid. Take the top and condom off the top of the master, and charge it up with the turkey baster. Then bleed . Fill up again. Bleed. Fill up again ,job done
