I've got a long day tomorrow. A four car shoot for Car&Classic so I'm sure I'll burn them off

Hi Ian, I see it’s getting warmer for the rest of the week, the last taste of summer….. A live shot from the webcam overlooking Clevedon Marine Lake, water temperature is 19.5C and we are planning on swimming there tomorrow, a day out and a treat. Saw my brother yesterday Ian and he is doing okay. He starts chemo on 19 September. Next week he is visiting Cornwall with his wife for a holiday before the treatment starts. To look at him he is not in pain and he looks well. How are you? Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk |

Afternoon Phil, The Marine lake looks like a beautiful place for a swim, I cant remember the last time I went swimming & I used to go weekly not that long ago. Good news about your brother, Glad he's doing well. I'm still the same regards going to the toilet every hour through the night, I thought that might have improved since the radiotherapy. I've also stated to get tingling in my feet & aqt times it gets really painful stabbing pains, Whether that's nerve damage from the radiotherapy I don't know, It's only come about since then. I've been for my three monthly hormone jab this morning by the local nurse at the local clinic, I was telling her about the problems I've had trying to get PSA blood tests sorted out or any information about my prostate cancer which I've had zero contact since finishing the radiotherapy at Christies in February this year I've had one PSA test in May & that was a marathon exercise in trying to get it sorted I should have had a series of them by now so she looked into it on the computer for me, Low & behold she found that PSA blood test result & printed it off for me, It's 6.5 which is higher than it should be & the reference notes said above "age specific reference range & urgent specialist referral." I've got a meeting with the oncologist at Christies next week on the 12th September. For some reason there is no history of all my blood tests on the computer at my doctors surgery so I've been given forms to arrange more blood tests, I've got them booked at this local clinic instead of Bolton bloods dept. Have a great day swimming.

The virus has certainly taken its toll. Thought I would get the grass in the back garden. What a blooming struggle to get it done. But I managed it. Have a break then start at the front.
Kelsey next door had to take her daughter to the quacks for an emergency appointment. Her Mum was here looking after the other twin. When Kelsey came home she found me leaning against the wall. And that was that, she made me go indoors. Her mum came in and made me a cuppa, I was exhausted. Been dozing on and off since. I might need some of Trikey’s whiskey, for medicinal purposes of course.

It's been another scorcher again today, 26C here. I've had two cold showers today to cool off.
Fish Chips & Peas for tea tonight.
