Saw that freddie but . . . . how can I put this . . . . his head/face look a bit weird! Up to now this is looking like the favourite.

I've been having a clean & clear out of the garage. A lot of my tools have seen better days & have served me well over years. Quite a few are rusted from the garage flood the other year.

I've been replacing my 3/8"th drive set & just ordered a new set of 12 point 1/2" socket set to go with my 1/2" new ratchet. the teeth on some of those sockets were non existent when I cleaned them

My old cantilever toolbox is getting rusty too so I thought time for a new one. I didn't want to put new tools in it. Screwfix have a sale on toolboxes so I went drove down to their store & bought this Stanley Fatmax toolbox.

£14.39 It's very well built & watertight and will do me nicely

Maybe so but its a lot more detailed than the Ebay one in the link and their's something a bit "strange" looking about the head and face on the Ebay one.

Also considering this one but the price is a bit nippy, 35 Euros

WOW! Great detail on that figure compared to Mr Potato head. ouch! It's expensive but I think the quality & detail of the plane warrants it in my opinion.

I agree the detail is good but the problem is as I'm planning 2-3 figures in the diorama the others wouldn't be of the same quality. That manufacturer only does that pilot figure and a WAAF figure.

You get to go cross eyed painting them!

I think I may be about to cop a freebie! The Airfix 24th scale Mosquito kit has the usual seated pilot and navigator but there are two additional standing figures. I emailed Airfix asking if it was possible to get hold of the standing figures, I have just got a reply asking for my postal address.
