Dash Trim Dilemma
I have a facelift R75 which is great but not that happy with the light oak dash trim and prefered my old 75 dark walnut trim. I am contemplating changing all trims to dark walnut including swapping my light oak steering wheel. Or maybe getting a light walnut trim set from the walnut dash company. Has anyone done this and if so would they post a pic

At the present time Zeb is selling new Real Wooden Dash Kits,
the other parts (centre Console/Gear Surround etc) are available from XPart or "Walnut Dash Company", the steering wheels most probally will be available through Les at SMC. |

Here is a picture of my facelift 75.
As you can see I am in the process of changing all my Light Oak wood for Burr Walnut. I bought a dash from zeb and fitted it. I am now trying to buy the bits and pieces to complete the job. I have got the switch panel and hazard sw. surround, but I need an auto gear surround, cupholder.and ashtray. The difference in colour of the wood is noticable to me, but no one else seems to notice. The dash looks great and I think its a good improvement. I am thinking of ordering the real wood walnut dash and the rest of the trims using the walnutdash company bits. Have you changed the steering wheel as well. I will be trying to source a walnut steering wheel with greystone leather and searching on ebay they seem hard to find. Anyway thanks for the pic

I have bid for three Walnut and Sandstone steering wheels on Ebay.
Two went for around the £220 mark and one for £160, each time I was outbid. maybe I'll be lucky next time. I hope to get some of the other parts from Les at SMC. Dave T |

I think we have the ashtray and cup holder in our eBay shop, we are getting an auto in on Saturday so may also have the gear surround - I'll keep me eye out

Thanks for that Les.
I was hoping to have the parts fitted before the next meet. As you can see the Neptune Blue leather seats are fitted and to my great surprise the electric seat memory works as well as electric adjust and heated seats. I was originally looking for Sandstone leather but I am now glad I went for the blue I think they look really great. Dave T |
