Assume you're getting fault code P0443- "Evap emission control system purge valve circuit fault" or some such. Can be several possible reasons. As said above, it's best to join the Two-Sixties ASAP where there is a lot of info. Furthermore your car may be 'known' and more information from it's history could help. Saves repeating an action which a previous owner has already tried, for example. Long shot, but possible.
