my brother in law is the same, denies it, gives a false account. Not dash cam but cctv
has him bang to rights, just like this chaps "dash cam"

Not going to try defend people like this but believe me it also happens the other way round, you wouldn't believe the amount of time I spend proving that vehicles were like they were when they arrived on site. I spend more time imaging and recording pre existing damage than what I do compiling the repair estimates just to cover ourselves.
