It heats up the water in the cooling system so that the car is nice and warm then you get out to it in the cold weather. There are timers and remotes to add to them so that it comes on when you want or you can get it going with a remote from your house when you get up in the morning

My 75 is almost identical (CDT Club), including paint & trim colours, the only difference I can see is the front fog lights - I guess they might be std for this spec on export models.

Mine was built April 2001 in Longbridge (RIP).

$25,000 US is a bit steep, my Spanish is not good but from the comments on the forum in the original link, they think it's overpriced too.

Good find though and as others have said how many more are around.
