Default My turn to ask 'Where does this go?'

I had the air box off whilst doing a few things today and found this:

Agreed. I don't believe this is part of the MGR wiring harness.

I'd be a bit worried about the routing as well as it looks like goes through a plain hole with no grommet or protection.
