Thanks Nigel, went to the docs this morning with my ongoing shoulder problem (calcification on the rotator cuff and a tear in it as well!). He gave me a steroid injection into the joint, wasn't too bad before the injection but its hurting like hell now!

They do it will be like that for a couple of days, if it lasts any longer though go back to the Dr's.
