Default Door card clips.

I have taken the door card off my door, I seem to recall something about clips which have to be fitted on to the card before fitting, which are they and how do I do it?. Thanks, John.

Yellow fir tree for top right (fixed) position and white ones for removable clips.

I think it's the big one in the middle that may still be attached to the door you are thinking of, if it's still on the door just compress the fitting to release it and than attach it back onto the door card before fitting.

Many thanks Ron, Lee, Eddy, I have all the clips but am having a problem getting the two clips off the door. I will take the card indoors later to give it clean and have another go at refitting tomorrow, I can't see how to remove those clips, thanks again, John.

Hi John.
Arm your self with a pair of long nosed pliers, squeeze the metal tang together and pull off the clip fit them back onto the door card, below is a link kindly done by Colin, and the PDF via Alan which should help you

Many thanks Arctic, I see how the clips come off now. I will scrub/clean the door card tomorrow and refit it on Thursday. Thanks to everybody for all the advice. John.

The door card is fitted now, many thanks for all the advice, I 've learned a lot. I cleaned the hard plastic parts with Vanish and warm water and they scrubbed up well. I will have a go at the steering wheel next. Many thanks, John.
