I use them as i work shifts so sleep during the day. I like the bedroom pitch black to sleep in. Our friends have young children and they use the ones with suckers on the children's bedroom windows.

Seriously though, a good dark room is underrated in getting a good night ( or day's?) sleep. All of the charger and standby lights we have now can be a curse if you're not careful. Sent from my LG-D855 using Tapatalk

Lucky for me, with my bedroom at the rear of the property, I never close the curtains, and luckily, even with glaring sunshine I still manage to kip, and I do work shifts.
