Smile You Tube.

I am using Chrome on Windows 10 64 bit. I watch a lot of You tube videos of a night. Lately it has started crashing a lot. I have to go to Task manager, close Chrome and restart You tube, it has happened four times tonight. Any advice please?. Thanks, John.

Uninstall Chrome - this browser uses HUGE PC resources /memory/.
Use Mozilla Firefox instead

The pc is only 9 months old so I can't justify changing it, but thanks anyway. I will try Firefox for a while and see if I can get used to it. Thanks for help. John.

I use Edge.
Change the homepage away from MSN (maybe to here, maybe bbc, bing, just anywhere other than MSN :¬)
It works fine.
If I need to access something that doesn't work in Edge (very rare) I try them in IE
Failing that Firefox is good

Could be a cache problem I've used this free version for years https://www.ccleaner.com/ccleaner/download

I have installed CC and cleaned the cache, no different, I installed Firefox but I don't understand the layout. The crashing only happens when I am on You Tube, nothing else, is You Tube the problem?. When I log in to the club site I am asked to log in which has recently started happening, I have pressed "remember me" but I have to log in every time. Is my pc at fault Thanks, John.
